Provided consultancy services to Oxford Policy Management (OPM), partner to UNICEF, on Supply Capacity Mapping Assessment (SCMA) to understand how the Government of Sindh was organized and resourced to deliver its child protection responsibilities, particularly in light of emerging legal and policy frameworks that mandate provincial authorities to set up a comprehensive child protection case management and referral model (CP-CMRM).
The document will become the basis for Social Welfare Department government of Sindh to make changes in the available legal and policy frameworks and devise an informed mechanism for Child Protection Case Management through referral system.
