Child Protection Unit (CPU) Model

The team associated with Keystone Solutions has successfully piloted in various districts of Sindh the Child Protection Unit (CPU) model. This is a referral model which has been designed on the “system approach” for stakeholders and duty bearers to register, investigate, refer and resolve the issues pertaining to children at the district and Tehsil/Taluka levels. With few modifications, the model has been adopted for replication by Sindh Child Protection Authority to rollout in all the 29 districts of Sindh. We offer specialized technical and management services to relevant government departments and non-governmental organizations to address the child protection issues.

Training

Training and capacity building of professionals including, planners, managers, implementers and management, implementation process and monitoring, assessments.

Third Party Consultancy

Third part monitoring of programs/projects to assess their results at output, outcome and impact levels to help our clients take informed decisions for their future planning.
