Sindh Child Protection Authority Act 2011 Amended in 2021

Sindh Child Protection Authority Act 2011 has been amended by Sindh government. The new amendments elaborate an enhanced role for Sindh Child Protection Authority (SCPA) and Social Welfare Department (SWD) to effectively redress the child protection issues in the province. One of the important challenge ahead for SCPA and SWD is to role out Child Protection Unit (CPU) model in all the 29 districts of Sindh.
